Nicole Morley is the Founder and Director of The Big Time Group. Passionate about helping young people grow in confidence both on and off the stage, Nicole has spent over a decade creating high-quality performing arts training that nurtures every child while providing exceptional opportunities for those wishing to pursue the industry professionally. Her vision is simple: to create a supportive environment where every student can thrive, whether they perform for fun or dream of the West End.

Charlie Andrews is our Studio Supervisor and Client Relations Manager and is often the friendly face behind your emails, enquiries and day-to-day support. Charlie oversees the smooth running of the studio, helping families with everything from bookings and timetables to performances and events. Committed to creating a welcoming and positive experience for every family, Charlie is always on hand to ensure life at Big Time runs as seamlessly as possible.

Miss Celena is our Lead RAD Ballet Teacher and Exam Coordinator at Big Time Academy. She teaches on Tuesdays and Thursdays and oversees our entire RAD ballet programme, guiding students through their training and ensuring they are fully prepared for examinations when the time is right.
