Whether you’re an experienced professional or just beginning your journey, we welcome and celebrate all ethnicities, abilities, and experiences. Our mission is to nurture each individual’s unique potential and provide the support and opportunities needed to succeed in the entertainment industry.

A Commitment to Your Career

Joining Big Time Management is a meaningful commitment. For young performers, this requires dedication from both the child and their parents or guardians, who play an active role in supporting their development. For adults, it means being prepared to engage fully with the demands and expectations of professional representation. We encourage all applicants—families and independent performers alike—to review the information on our website before applying.

Key Considerations for Representation

  • Acting work may require taking time away from school, work, or other regular commitments.
  • Auditions can arise at short notice, sometimes within 24 hours.
  • Young performers will need a parent or guardian to manage travel to and from auditions; chaperoning may also be required for booked work. If a parent or guardian cannot accompany them, they must be comfortable with a licensed chaperone doing so.
  • Adult performers should also be flexible and ready to attend last-minute auditions, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and commitment to their craft.

We look forward to supporting dedicated performers who are ready to embrace the opportunities and challenges of the industry.
